The National Chairman of Phase 2 of the Presidential Amnesty Program (PAP), Gen. Ibena Rufus Salvation, on Friday and Saturday, led leaders and beneficiaries of the Presidential Amnesty Program to Oporoza Community, the headquarters of Gbaramatu Kingdom, Delta State, to bid a final farewell to Late Mrs. Pinapina Otuaro, stepmother of Chief Dr. Dennis Burutu Otuaro, Administrator of the Presidential Amnesty Program, and biological mother of His Excellency, Deacon Kingsley Burutu Otuaro, former Deputy Governor of Delta State.

Speaking at the burial ceremony, Gen. Ibena Rufus Salvation described Mama Pinapina Otuaro as a pillar of strength, love, and wisdom, who played a vital role in nurturing and supporting those around her. He noted that her passing is a great loss not only to the Otuaro family but to all who had the privilege of knowing her.

He extended his deepest condolences to His Excellency, Deacon Kingsley Burutu Otuaro, Chief Dr. Dennis Burutu Otuaro, and the entire Otuaro family, praying that God grants them the strength and comfort to bear the loss.
The burial ceremony was attended by family members, political leaders, friends, and well-wishers, who gathered to celebrate the life and legacy of the late matriarch.
