PRESIDENTIAL AMNESTY PROGRAM PHASE 2 NATIONAL CHAIRMAN, HON. IBENA RUFUS SALVATION, MOURNS WITH THE OTUARO FAMILY

The National Chairman of the Presidential Amnesty Program Phase 2, Hon. Ibena Rufus Salvation, extends his heartfelt condolences to His Excellency, Deacon Kingsley Burutu Otuaro, former Deputy Governor of Delta State, on the passing of his beloved mother, Late Mrs. Pinapina Otuaro. The loss of a mother is an immeasurable sorrow, and he prays that God grants His Excellency the strength and comfort to bear this painful departure.

In the same vein, Hon. Ibena Rufus Salvation also sympathizes with the Administrator of the Presidential Amnesty Program (PAP), Chief Dr. Dennis Burutu Otuaro, on the demise of his stepmother. He prays that the Almighty grants him and the entire Otuaro family the fortitude to endure this irreplaceable loss.

May the soul of Late Mrs. Pinapina Otuaro rest in perfect peace. Amen.
