As one of the first 1, key leaders who played a pivotal role in bringing about the Presidential Amnesty Program and the peace we enjoy today in the Niger Delta, his contributions remain invaluable.

Together, we reaffirmed our commitment to the continued support for the Administrator Chief Dr Dennis Burutu Otuaro for his wonderful performance. Under my leadership, progress, empowerment, and stability of ex-agitators under Phase 2 of the Amnesty Program. Unity remains our strength!
