Are you a young person from Delta or Bayelsa? This is your call to action. As we approach 2025, it’s time to reflect and make bold moves. Why do the opportunities we dream of seem to favor others? Why are the stages often filled with people from outside our region? We have complained for too long. Complained about lack of opportunities. Complained about others being favored. But let’s be real—complaints will not change anything. The world doesn’t reward complaints; it rewards effort, visibility, and results. For too long, we’ve expected others to create opportunities for us, but the reality is, no one owes us anything. You have an audience waiting for you. Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and other platforms have leveled the playing field. You don’t need to wait for a big show or event to prove yourself. You can create, share, and showcase your talent to the world from the comfort of your home. There is no excuse anymore. If you are passionate about music, comedy, acting, art, or any other craft, use these platforms to show the world who you are. Make yourself visible. Let your work speak for you.

You must break free from the entitlement mentality that holds you back and start taking ownership of your journey.
