Good Agricultural Strategy, Better Opportunities For Our People. Bayelsa West Senatorial Aspirant Hon. Wilson Ayakpo Dauyegha

Our issues in Sagbama/Ekeremor Senatorial District is beyond parochial sentiments. Our issues are deep rooted on our welfare; good health for the elderly, empowerment for our youths and women through numerous job creation and skill development opportunities.

Agriculture will be one of my key areas of focus, harnessing this huge and untapped sector will be vital for the economic upward mobility of our rural dwellers. Poverty reduction and hunger will reduce if we channel a good strategy towards agricultural development.

I will make available seeds and mechanization for rural farmers to scale up agricultural production, this will help raise their income and create other opportunities through agricultural value chain.

I will create the environment for our farmers to thrive and like I have said before, it’s going to be a social contract between me and the people Bayelsa West Senatorial District.
